Now Hiring ACE Hardware Full-Time Cashiers and Customer Service representatives.

We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Associate/Cashier to join our dynamic retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating cash register, and demonstrating a passion for our products. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers, and learning new skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Greet and assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product recommendations.
– Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
– Demonstrate products, answer questions, and provide information to customers.
– Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
– Process transactions, handle cash and credit card payments, and operate a point-of-sale system.
– Collaborate with sales associates to provide an exceptional customer experience.
– Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services.
– Utilize technical sales skills to promote products and services to customers.
– Possess knowledge of Spanish and be able to communicate effectively with multilingual customers is a huge plus!

REQUIREMENTS:

– Proven customer service experience.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Basic math skills and proficiency in cash handling.
– Familiarity with retail sales and product demos.
– Proficiency in Spanish and/or other languages.
– Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

JOB TITLE: Inventory Specialist (Part Time)

SALARY: $25.00 per hour

SCHEDULE: Tuesdays and Fridays – 4 Hour Shifts

Are you organized, a self starter and good at math and confident with excel? If yes, we have the perfect job for you. We are looking for an individual to help Mammoth’s High Country Lumber maintain accurate inventory records based on actual counts, you will work to control on-hand inventory and reduce shrinkage. High School Diploma or GED required.

Skills, Knowledge, Abilities

• Efficient in Organization
• Scanning (will train)
• Understanding the difference between UPC and SKU
• Ablility to listen to instructions
• Epicor knowledge can/will be trained
• Ability to perform basic math, create and maintain records, complete basic forms
• Ability to employ good interpersonal skills and etiquette
• Ability to display good judgment and problem solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and be a self starter

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds often and up to 50 pounds occasionally
